What type of license(s) do I need to work for Solidify?You need to have your NMLS license for each state you originate. California MLO's will also require at least a salesperson license, but preferably a broker license, with the Department of Real Estate (DRE).

How quickly can I transfer my license and begin originating?If you're seeking to originate in one of our already-approved states, the process is nearly instant under the new "Temporary Authority to Operate" rule change. See this FAQ link for details: click here.

In what states can I originate?MLO's are welcome to become licensed anywhere within the Solidify footprint. Note: the state(s) you choose may impact whether you are paid 1099 vs W2.
